Daily Exercise Routine Every morning, my alarm goes off at 6 AM, signaling the start of my day. Rather than hitting the snooze button, I eagerly jump out of bed to engage in my daily exercise routine. To kickstart my metabolism, I begin with a series of stretching and yoga poses, allowing my body to wake up and prepare for the day ahead. After this rejuvenating warm-up, I head to the local gym.
